XERF supports deeper collagen remodeling and skin tightening, while low-level ULTRA fractional laser treatment is layered on to enhance tone, texture, and overall glow. XERF itself requires no downtime. Mild redness, dryness, or a rough texture may occur for approximately 2–3 days from the ULTRA portion only.
